The bakery has issues. How can a bakery be out of bagels on Saturday morning? I have since moved on.
The employees are all wonderful I feel like I’m in there everyday My favorite Publix !!!

I love my experience at southwood publix because the cashier #Haylie let my little girl come behind the counter An let her scan the items we had it made her day she had fun the cashier gave her a sticker an told us to have a nice day !!!
Great store and exemplary associates!
We have always used publix for our kids birthdays, graduations cakes etc. and never have we been dissatisfied. This time however, we ordered a cake a week ahead of time, we received a lopsided cake with a sliver, I'm talking credit card thin icing, in between the layers and stale cupcakes. Very disappointed � I wish I could post the pics of it.
