I wanted to purchase oxtail from this Publix and asked the butcher behind the counter to cut some of the pieces smaller. However, he refused, saying it was against policy to open the package. I explained that I still intended to buy the entire package but needed the pieces cut smaller. He repeated that opening the package wasn’t allowed.
