I am growing increasing dissatisfied with this location. Every time I have visited lately, there have been only one or two checkouts lanes open in addition to the self-checkouts, which I hate. There is never an express lane open. It is like they got a manager from Wal-mart to start managing the front of the store. Ugh!
Wonderful atmosphere, employees are friendly, always smile and ask if they can help you find anything. A true pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended Publix to anyone wanting a "cut above " the others.
Thanks Publix Self Checkout employee for turning my donuts upside down while trying to scan them so the chocolate stuck to the top and then acting like nothing happened. Annoying!
Grocery shopping may be my least favorite thing to do.... Especially when I bring my children. However, today...you guys made it almost seem enjoyable instead of a chore. Not one employee did I pass that didn't speak to myself & my child. Not one employee acted frustrated about work or showed any indication that he/she was having anything but the best day.
