Publix has everything that the other stores don't have, I love Publix, can't wait till our Publix opens here, soon! The people at Publix are so helpful where I go too, I only hope that when they open the Publix here that the people are as nice, and helpful as in the other stores I have visited.
Whow...$8.39 for a pack of American Spirit cigarettes.... thought it was a mistake, so I called to see. Nope, according to Customer Service, Corporate in Florida doesn't want to promote "unhealthy products" such as tobacco products, so they set the price much higher than the local competition.....WHY BOTHER STOCKING THEM AT ALL, IF ALL YOUR GONNA DO IS RIP OF THE CONSUMER.?? So, hope you've enjoyed my years of shopping here....Going back to Kroger's up the road, where by the way, a pack cost me $6.59.
I love this store. Staff is friendly and helpful and produce fresh. Publix sells the best meat in town.
I had a great experience tonight with two of the employees at your store. The customer service representative, Jacob, was so very helpful as was Letrell (?). In a day and age where customer service is becoming a lost art, these two gentlemen were outstanding.
I have been going to this Publix for several years now but will start going across town or to the Smyrna locations. The last couple of times I have seen employees at the self checkout scan that were not friendly or courteous. Tonight when I checked I had two coupons and before I even scanned them the self checkout clerk acted annoyed and told me to bring the coupons for him to scan.
