Your bakery did an incredible job on my birthday cake this year! I have a slight obsession with sea turtles & for the first year since I was a little kid, just really wanted something fun. I appreciate your staff wearing MASKS and also I am glad to see them busy cleaning the shelving, the doors to the freezer sections, etc. Your diligence seems to spill over to your customers as I see most wearing masks, as well. I am so glad to be with you and AWAY from the one where I have shopped diligently on S. Rutherford!!! I will NOT go back there, but come to you.
Man, Publix, some of us work 12 hrs nightshifts 3 and 4 days in a row for a hospital! I just needed 2 items to get me through the week (and I was sanitized before I got in my car) and you turned me away at the door just because I'm not 65 and cant be here during regular business hours cause I have to SLEEP to go to WORK. Senior hour was only 15 min left. Seriously! Don't worry. You won't ever see me at your door again.

We lived in Lakeland FL for 28 years, the home office of Publix stores, before we moved to FL I worked for Jewel/Osco a store that was clean great service, just like Publix, I love our Publix in Murfreesboro as it has great service and the employees are always polite and willing to go out of their way to serve, the home office in Lakeland FL can be proud 😊
I won't go into full detail, however, this is the absolute best store I have ever shopped at. It doesn't matter how many times I come in I get such a warm welcome. Tonight, I was short on money but my children needed food badly. I thought I was budgeting what little I had correctly but was short. My cashier, named Michael, saw I was short. Without hesitation he paid for my remaining balance. He simply smiled at me. He didn't know it, be he became my angle tonight.
Shopping really is a pleasure at Publix!!
