I paid almost $60 for a birthday cake for my daughter and the lady named miss kay was very rude damaged the cake and refused to fix it that is really messed up that nobody will do anything about it and that my daughter's cake was ruined
Just met a super sweet guy that works there. Went out of his way to unload my shopping cart and offered to carry my bags out to my car :) so nice!

The thing about I hate the most is the way I was disrespected and treated by one of the managers. Deplorable and blatantly mean. He even "bucked" at me. Horrible experience. Although the store manager is a gentleman so is everyone else who works there. Except this one mean and nasty manager. Deplorable treatment. I hope they keep him away from customers from now on. Very bad experience I'm even afraid to return to the store
