Great customer service
Expensive... but always clean and wonderful customer service - especially with the Pharmacy.
Great place to shop with really good deals and quality items. But they don't always remove the sale price after the sale is over, and will put the sale tags in front of items that are not covered by that sale, don't know if this is accidental or a tactic to get people to buy something thinking it is on sale, got burnt a couple of times by these. And they don't always honor the digital coupons you clip on there app so be sure to check your receipt because they will not make it right
The people in the bakery are the most unprofessional people I have ever delt with. First an employee yells out "what do you want." Second she acts like it's Killing her to write out the order of cupcakes I needed. Kept telling me that she did not have time for this. Then calls 4 hours before I need to pick them up and tells me that they forgot to order the soccer picks to go on top of the cupcakes. Your customer service is the worse I have ever seen.
Very upset with the bakery's handling of a cake order my husband placed over a week ago. It was very simple. Cake flavor strawberry, with white buttercream icing, and green trim. That's it. Nothing else on it. They called him this morning, 45 minutes before pickup, to say they don't have strawberry cake. Had we known at least a day ahead we could have gone somewhere else. They expect 24 hours for the order placing, they should have the same respect. So my husband got a cake he didn't order and still had to pay the same price... read more
