The new fresh sushi area is great. I have eaten sushi five out of seven days this week. Trying a different one each time. So far, they are all great. Hope it is here to stay. I get in conversations with other customers at check out and so far everyone has the same opinion.
I love this store! The people are so friendly. The store is clean and well organized. I love the selection and especially love that there always seem to be enough registers open!
The produce department is the best, awesome friendly staff.
Obviously they can't handle the online orders and the people that place sandwich orders inside the store. I went to the store last night to get 2 loaves of the sub bread and she was doing online orders. Told me I would have to wait until she was finished to get my bread. I stood there for 5 minutes and she couldn't stop for 5 seconds to bag some bread. I walked off and done my shopping at Kroger. This isn't the first time I stopped buying my groceries there. I ordered a 21st birthday cake for my daughter to be picked up Tuesday. Well I picked it up alright. Even commented on how bad it looked. I had to have the cake so I bit my tongue and went on home with it. Imagine my daughters face when she saw this cake!!!! It cost me 51 and some change. I am very disappointed with the UGLY cake and my daughter was too. What happened to your bakery? It was supposed to be white and black with some turquoise trim on top... the cake was not. it was tealish greenish with backward 6's all around... read more
Horrible Customer Service. Been a corporate customer for TWELVE YEARS. Bakery is unprofessional and does NOT follow through with their orders. Will be taking all of our business elsewhere and I hope others do the same!
