They keep moving stuff around. Why? I have no idea; I don't have the mind if s grocer. I want to like it better the thrill Publix because it's more accessible but they do make it hard.
I don't know what happened but there is a huge increase in customer service here. Orlando saw me looking at some items in an aisle, asked if he could help me, and when I said I was OK, he identified himself by name and said ask if I needed anything. My entire trip through the store I saw similar things the whole time. The bagger at the checkout was engaging and friendly. The new commercials talk about how Pulix cares about customer service and this store delivers. Great job to all!
I visited this morning, as I usually do after mass. The meat dept help was great! I also went to grab some Publix bottled water and with only three left on the shelf I had a puzzled look on my face. Staff recognized my look and quickly offered to stock this part of the shelf first. He asked how many I needed and went in the back to get them.
