Well I have to give a hats off to Publix. We pooled our money at work & ordered a turkey, mash taters, stuffing, gravy & cranberry sauce dinner. It came cooked, but as it turns out frozen solid!!! We were hacking up that frozen turkey trying to get it into small pieces so we could get the thing thawed enough to eat. After complaining to Publix they refunded the whole dinner & gave us 2 rotisserie chickens, 3 liters of coke & foil to wrap up the leftovers.
