I was beyond excited when you guys first came to TN. Now I leave each visit frustrated. If I shop on Sunday, you can bet half my list is out of stock. There is either no one checking the shelves to restock so we have to hunt someone down to see if there is any more in the back, or those facing the shelves move different product in to fill the gaps and nothing matches the shelf tags. The stores may be cleaner and employees overall more friendlier, but it might be time to head back to someone else if it means I can fill my lis... read more
I just recently moved from spring hill, TN to Brentwood and the hardest thing was changing grocery stores. The people are completely different, some rude. I'm almost tempted to drive 20 mins to my old store to get amazing customer service.
