I ordered food online from the Bradfordville Publix this week for a party, and there was some sort of problem along the way because when I went to pick up the food, none of the platters had been made (even though I had my confirmation number and email receipt). But, the Customer Service staff, especially Jackie, was very kind and apologetic. They got several of the platters completed while I was still in the store, and then Jackie personally delivered the remaining platters to my house within an hour. Party saved! Great cust... read more
I love Publix!!! The thing that would make it the perfect store is if it had curb-side pick-up! Moms/Dads-of-little-ones would greatly appreciate this service!

I almost live here, shop almost every day here & know someone in just about every department. When I had surgery, I couldn't get out & walk. Called in what I needed, it was brought out to me & I gave my card to have it paid, they took it in & brought it out. I just love the people here.
I love Publix and shop there when I can. Everyone is so courteous and helpful. Bought my Pilgrim salt/pepper shakers today. Got them home, removed from the box and one is missing the "stopper" on the bottom. Very disappointed. Not worth the trouble to drive back for it. Just very disappointed.
