Went to this Publix this morning and every Publix manager and associate that made eye contact with me greeted me with a "Good Morning". It's important to make your customers feel important. Some ppl rate this place 2 or 3 for one bad incident. Publix has always taken care of whatever issue I had. They get my 5 today. I do experience pleasure when I shop here. Thank you!
One of your employees, Ben was wheeling in carts this afternoon when he offered to help my mom and I with a dead car battery. We were able to jump the car, but offered to get his little gadget to test to see if it was the battery it alternator. He didn’t have to do any of it, but we were so grateful that he did! Thank you to Ben for your kindness this afternoon. I just couldn’t let it go unnoticed. :)
I was very disappointed today at the pharmacy. Flu shots were offered with a Ten Dollar store coupon ending Saturday. I asked to make an appointment and was told I could not so I dressed and carried my 90 year old disabled relative there today, Friday to get their flu shot. Guess what. The pharmacy was out of vaccine and was told I could come back tomorrow. Easy for them but not so easy for me. I'm ready to switch pharmacies. I am a diehard Publix fan always have been and always will be! It is hard for me to give a rating of 3 stars, but since moving to this side of town 6 years ago I've had nothing, but issues with the deli in this store. There is never enough people helping and if it appears there are enough someone always seems to quickly wander off as customers approach or get busy and avoid eye contact with anyone waiting. I called and ordered 4 filet mignons and received one with nothing but FAT. I wouldn't normally complain but when your spending $18.99 lb and have them specifically cut and get that! Extremely disappointed!
This Publix was so big it gave a Walmart run for it's money and clean everybody was so nice and friendly if it was closer to my house that would be the only place I shop
To the awesome publix employee (Jay) who saw my son drop his cookie and gladly offered to get him another one... you are so sweet and just flat out awesome!!! You totally saved me from having to explain people that I didn't beat my kid!
