I order my wraps/subs online to pick up. I have never not once received my wrap at the pick-up time promised. I ordered my chicken tender sub today to be ready at 2:10p. I came at 2:35p as I already know their deal, still wasn’t ready. Then there’s a huge line in customer service to get your refund. This store is not ran well, the logistics need to be fixed asap.
