Can't seem to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Placed a refill over 48hours ago and had not heard anything. When I called the pharmacy to check status and find out why it was taking so long they could magically have it ready within the hour.....
It used to be ok, but lately it's been terrible. They never have things ready when they say they will, regardless of how important it might be that you get a medication in a timely manner. If you value your health, go elsewhere.
I always find the pharmacists and techs at this location kind and helpful, but wanted to mention that I have had the pleasure of Alondra assisting me several times. She has had to help me with a couple specific insurance issues in the past, and has always gone above and beyond. Alondra is always polite when filling my prescriptions. I just wanted to take the time to specifically let her know I appreciate her excellent customer service skills! Keep up the great work!
Once again, 90 minutes before closing and they have 1 self checkout and 1 full service checkout open. Employees are pulling pallets around the floor and never yielding to guests at all. The manager has allowed a clique of disconnected employees to run the store. Spending an extra 10 to 15 minutes to buy 2 things is something I expect from a dysfunctional Walmart.
