So I have had a pretty tough time at this pharmacy lately. I actually transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and had to transfer something back. I had some issues with it and Amy helped me out. Let me tell you if I can work with her every time I would be all in! She was on it! She did what she said she was going to do and called me back and went above and beyond for me. Someone please put her in charge here and this place would be the best! Thank you Amy for your help!
Do not waste your time filling Rx here. Rx was called in 2x over a 3-day period, I waited 2 days and went to pick up and they told me that “for some reason” it wasn’t filled and wouldn’t t be ready for another 2 days. Unacceptable. For a place where “shopping is a pleasure,” this pharmacy is is a far cry from that. Pharmacy management and training needs review.
Laura is the most belittling and condensing person I have ever dealt with in a customer-facing role. Disgusting tone and passive aggressive way of speaking towards customers.
