RecommendedFriendly and helpful staff. Nice to see the same faces every week. Publix is the dominate example of; "Treat employees well and they take care of the customers." More business could learn from this. I realize the employees have financial gains with their benefits which adds to their motivation: but, it works! Employees are always available for assistance, straightening up displays, they make eye contact and speak. The store is clean and orderly. Love this Publix!
This is the best Publix. I’ve been going to this one for eight years. The staff is amazing.
I constantly have to recheck my eggs, dairy, and pantry items to make sure they aren't expired. What is up with this? Today I put back atleast 6 items that I would normally purchase because it was expired, or about to expire in a day. Considering publix isn't the budget or cheap option for grocery stores, I expect a little more due diligence with the products being sold.
I ❤️ Publix because they have a broad inventory & I can always find what I want. The young man in the deli department yesterday was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice about meat & cheese pairings for sandwiches and let me taste some of his suggestions. My husband was waiting in the car while I shopped because we've both had recent surgeries. I was already tired from loading my cart with groceries so it was a big relief when the bagging person pushed my cart out to the car and loaded the bags in for me. By the w... read more
The produce manager is awesome! He gave my kids a banana one time, the same way they give away cookies. Today he sliced an apple and orange and was handing them out to the kids my kids love the cookies but I love the alternative!
