Prices of everything is up. But when I spend $4.00 for a third of a seedless watermelon I don’t expect it to be rotten. Disgusting. Last time I buy fresh fruit or vegetables at Publix.
Aside from all of the staff always being super friendly and the store being super clean and neat, I somehow managed to leave my wallet in the buggy last night, which marks the second time I’ve ever lost my wallet. Once again the store lived up to their reputation and my wallet was safe and sound in their safe the next morning. Thank you Publix!!!!
I just want to make you aware of how much I appreciate the service that Javier provided when on Saturday 02/06/2021 my granddaughter and I were in your store. We were looking for one more item and was just about to give up on it when I noticed an employee (Javier)I ask if he knew if you had the item I was looking for and he immediately proceeded to lead us to the isle we thought it would be ,but was not there. He went way beyond expectation to find it and did! He was very kind and professional. Thank you Christine Carver
you know why I go to Publix? Customer service, main reason. Now, self checkouts, when I do go through full service lines I still have to bag my own groceries and NO one asks to help. complained at service desk, he said, sorry, after I waited for a manager to talk to, he never showed up. Maybe I'll try the other Publix, or Winn Dixie. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.
food is nice and fresh and great prices specially when you buy one and get one free sales nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful it reminds me of Stop & Shop in New York
Ordered a sandwich from the deli this afternoon, in a rush. I get home and take a bite into it and my mouth is met with inedible pepperoni casing. Every single slice of pepperoni still had casing on it. I expect something like this from McDonald's, not a deli.
the new self check out is not about customer service. Publix has always strived to put the customer first and this is very disappointing from a Publix.
