Sloan is super knowledgeable and kind! I really appreciate her helping me navigate finding a formulation of my medication without the inactive ingredients to which I am allergic.
Never been anything but quick and pleasant to me… not sure why so many bad reviews.
Had a very frustrating experience here. My wife lost her meds while traveling and contacted the pharmacy to request a replacement. Despite explaining the situation, her refill was canceled multiple times after being told it would be ready, which caused her to miss several doses. She even went as far as to call her Dr to fax over another rx because she thought that was the issue. Been using this pharmacy for approximately 16 years and like any business some of the employees are rude, give bad information and in general are unpleasant. My experience has been the Pharmacists' have been and are informative courteous, competent and professional. My concerns over the long period of time has been with three of the clerks who certainly could use training in Customer Service. Probably the worst Publix in town. Maybe the second worst. The customers that shop here are not desirable to be around and I'm getting sick of Publix prices
