My prescription is NEVER ready on time in the 3 years I’ve been trying to use this pharmacy. They confirm my prescription is ready on the phone, and then it turns out I’m waiting another 40 minutes or it was never ready there to begin with. I’ve wasted so much gas driving back and forth. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE CONFIRMING THE INFORMATION YOU GIVE CUSTOMERS IS CORRECT! Seriously unprofessional when we are dealing with life altering and mood altering medications here.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Just left the ER. I’m a young college student under high stress experiencing living alone for the first time. In immense pain and need the medicine I was prescribed. Instead of being treated with some sympathy the young man at the office asked me “why won’t you look at me” “I’m not sure why your here” and “other people were at the hospital too so it doesn’t really matter”. I had a pleasant experience at this Publix. The store was clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate, and the employees were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Everything felt organized and the shopping experience was straightforward. The pharmacy staff were also courteous and professional. Overall, it’s a convenient location with good service, and I’d be happy to shop here again.
I wish I could make this no stars but nonetheless… I absolutely hate filling my prescriptions at this pharmacy. Bradfordville Publix is great however after such an awful time at Ocala corners, I’m moving pharmacies all together away from Publix. I’ve used Publix my entire life practically and started using Ocala when I got into college.
