My prescription is timed, so I have to wait for a specific date to get a refill. Sometimes I forget to set it on the calendar (because they also won't allow you to auto renew it) and need to call in to get the refill date. So far I've been given FOUR DIFFERENT DATES. I call in, I get the date, I get verbal confirmation that they're going to fill it, I plan on going in to pick it up, and they just...don't fill it. Because they got the date wrong and couldn't be bothered to actually tell me they got the date wrong. Four times.... read more
I’m not a regular pharmacy customer here and still had the best treatment from everyone behind the counter! The pharmacist and the techs were all friendly, patient and helpful over the phone and in person. After trying to resolve an issue regarding a shortage ALL day with multiple pharmacies, the staff here took the time to work out all of our options to find the best fit for us.
