They’re really rude. The pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone at all. No matter what time a day I call (I know not to call around 12 or 2-3) and they still don’t answer. I press the button to get to the pharmacist and THEY THEMSELVES will either send the phone to that Moderna message and hang up, or they’ll simply hang up the call off rip. Publix has gone soooo downhill for me to even be upset enough to leave a review.
This has been my pharmacy for years. Wonderful customer service, especially with the main pharmacist!
Best thing I ever did was move to this pharmacy. Customer service is excellent unlike their competition.
