The only thing consistent about this pharmacy is the super rude pharmacy students they employ. It’s a bother for them to be there and god forbid you ask a question. Do not recommend filling your prescriptions here.
Rude, unhelpful, bad attitude folks at the pharmacy. I have to continuously correct their incorrect information, argue with them to get scripts done on time. Until 6 months ago I didn't see this...the folks behind the counter were just like most Publix employees-cheerful helpful, awesome people. It's gone way way down hill behind the pharmacy counter. Also have complained politely and nothing changes. I'm very disappointed.
I came from CVS whose customer service had deteriorated to Publix for Rx refills. I will always be grateful the shorter lines and pleasant staff. The worst day at Publix is better than the best day at CVS!
They’re really rude. The pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone at all. No matter what time a day I call (I know not to call around 12 or 2-3) and they still don’t answer. I press the button to get to the pharmacist and THEY THEMSELVES will either send the phone to that Moderna message and hang up, or they’ll simply hang up the call off rip. Publix has gone soooo downhill for me to even be upset enough to leave a review.
