Updatw April 2026: They are not big enough to handle to the volume of prescriptions that they get here and do not seem to ever learn that. I reiterate that they will often tell you things that are simply NOT TRUE. Talking to the employees of this pharmacy is like talking to rocks. They have taken over pharmacy to the degree that we are having to do things 'their way'. It going to be their way. It's going to be the way their computer says says are going to go.
Worst pharmacy ever
I had been using this pharmacy for years but they’ve really fell off in the past year or so. Not sure what’s going on, but I’m switching pharmacies completely. It’d be cool if the clerks were yanno… nice or looked less dead inside but they’re rude so waiting multiple days is not worth it to me. I tried to be understanding but I give up on Publix.
This has been my pharmacy for 20+ years and the staff has always been friendly and caring. The last three times I have refilled a prescription it has taken more than 7 days to get refilled. In addition, the last time I went to pickup there were no customers and the three ladies were talking and laughing about a call they just received. The reason I know this is due to being ignored while I stood at the counter listening to their conversation for several minutes without any acknowledgment from the them.
