Very poor. The pharmacist was uninterested and sarcastic. They simply had no interest I'm helping.
Joey and the pharmacy team had my medicine ready just s few hours after it was called in from the hospital and answered all my questions thoughtfully.
If you take more than 1 daily medication, do not refill them here! You will experience issues getting them refilled!! I have used this pharmacy for years and never really had issues when I was only on a couple of daily meds but for the past year, every single time I’ve put in refill requests, they just don’t get filled until days later when I have to call or show up asking why they haven’t been filled. This pharmacy used to be so well run. Front staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient with excellent customer service skills. The pharmacists were so amazing. They listened, they explained options, side effects, even suggested questions and issues one might bring up with their doctors. One special pharmacist even came to my mother's funeral after losing her battle with cancer. Now it is deplorable.
