As an 82 yr old, am constantly picking up my meds and find this location to function very well. Have worked in the medical field and very familiar with all the stresses it brings to the table. Kudos to Jessi for providing a team effort in keeping things very professional.
Shouldn’t take so long to just put some pills in a bottle. Do better.
I had a really good experience at this Publix pharmacy. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful, and they made the prescription process feel easy and straightforward. Everything was handled efficiently, and I appreciated how willing they were to answer questions and help when needed. Overall, a pleasant experience and a pharmacy I’d be comfortable using again.
Updatw April 2026: They are not big enough to handle to the volume of prescriptions that they get here and do not seem to ever learn that. I reiterate that they will often tell you things that are simply NOT TRUE. Talking to the employees of this pharmacy is like talking to rocks. They have taken over pharmacy to the degree that we are having to do things 'their way'. It going to be their way. It's going to be the way their computer says says are going to go.
