If you take more than 1 daily medication, do not refill them here! You will experience issues getting them refilled!! I have used this pharmacy for years and never really had issues when I was only on a couple of daily meds but for the past year, every single time I’ve put in refill requests, they just don’t get filled until days later when I have to call or show up asking why they haven’t been filled. This pharmacy used to be so well run. Front staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient with excellent customer service skills. The pharmacists were so amazing. They listened, they explained options, side effects, even suggested questions and issues one might bring up with their doctors. One special pharmacist even came to my mother's funeral after losing her battle with cancer. Now it is deplorable. I am on hold currently waiting for a pharmacist, I asked Sierra twice to let me speak with a pharmacist and she insisted on talking and talking, my doctors office called this in early yesterday afternoon (Tuesday) now it's Wednesday night and the Rx is not ready, this is the worst publix pharmacy in Tallahassee, after this interaction I will be going to another publix pharmacy, they have a huge turnover, they have had about 5 pharmacy managers since I have been going there , Mark Hebb who was the district manager was who I c... read more
By far and away the worst pharmacy in town - mismanagement or just total lack of will to improve. I almost have never been able to pick up medications for myself or my wife and kids the same day it was sent. Today, after my wife’s surgery, I went 4 hours after the doctor sent her scripts and was told there were 300 people ahead of me and asked “when did we see our doctor,” so they could estimate a time for how long it would take.
