Pharmacist is late and the pharmacy is not open at 11am on Sunday as advertised. So unprofessional! The pharmacist should arrive a few minutes early and have the pharmacy OPEN at 11am, not arriving 5 minutes after 11. They also do not send you a text when they receive the order from your doctor, only when it's filled. I personally like this so I know the order came in. I'm switching to CVS Kerry Forest.
Until recently, I have always appreciated the Publix Pharmacy over competitors like CVS and Walgreens. They're typically fast, reliable and friendly. But things have changed in recent months. If you are prescribed a medication that is "controlled," they treat you as if you're a junkie —condescending, unhelpful and with suspicion. It's humiliating.
