Pharmacist is late and the pharmacy is not open at 11am on Sunday as advertised. So unprofessional! The pharmacist should arrive a few minutes early and have the pharmacy OPEN at 11am, not arriving 5 minutes after 11. They also do not send you a text when they receive the order from your doctor, only when it's filled. I personally like this so I know the order came in. I'm switching to CVS Kerry Forest.
Until recently, I have always appreciated the Publix Pharmacy over competitors like CVS and Walgreens. They're typically fast, reliable and friendly. But things have changed in recent months. If you are prescribed a medication that is "controlled," they treat you as if you're a junkie —condescending, unhelpful and with suspicion. It's humiliating. This pharmacy is inefficient. My doctor called in 2 prescriptions. They called me to confirm they were correct and that they would be ready..then they had to call my doctor’s office for each medication. This was Thursday. Instead of talking to my doctor about both medications, they only called about one. Then over the weekend, told me they would have to call about the other.
