I used to love the previous staff at this location. The new employees are great at their jobs, I'm sure. They're even better at making you feel like an IDIOT for asking questions.

We had couple bad experiences over last 6 months with the Publix pharmacy on Bradford square. When we brought our 2nd bad experience to Pharmacists attention by calling them over phone, they had a "don't care, can't resolve" attitude :( We filled up an Antibiotic syrup Rx for my kiddo from Bradford Sq. location twice this year, once in Feb & next in May. In Feb., her 10 days dose was short by a day. Upon checking with her Pediatrician we were told it was bad but ok to miss and so we didn't pursue the Pharmacy. Most recently,... read more
Called 30 different pharmacies trying to find my ADHD meds no luck until this Publix Pharmacy. The Pharmacist was super nice unlike the 30 previous places I called. He warned me about the high price and took great care of me in general. I don't live near here but I'll definitely fill my future scripts here solely based off of this interaction!
