Kat is amazing! Always above and beyond, friendly and seems to be the person everyone looks to for assistance. If she isn’t management, she should be! Give that woman a bonus!
I was just added Narcan to my prescription. I was not informed it was going to be in there and my daughter picked it up because I’m in the hospital and I was charged $93 for some thing I don’t need or want. They won’t take it back or reimburse. The pharmacist solution was “Save it for a Rainy Day”. My daughter nor I was aware it was in there. It can be refused but any drug can be refused they do not have to inform you. Not impressed by Publix today.
