I recently encountered an issue with my prescription at a local Publix pharmacy. I was informed that I had picked up a prescription on the 17th, though I distinctly remember picking it up on the 9th. I rely on this medication being available on the same day it is filled to avoid going without it, as missing a dose could lead to serious health complications. Wasted two hours of my life. Don’t recommend this pharmacy
The store employees face me the run around about pre authorization for cough meds sending me back and forth to my insurance company to the emergency room doc and just back and forth because no one wanted to properly do their jobs u finally got it straightened out
