The revamped Tenley Bar & Grill is fantastic! I wasn't expecting much but I've been to the new space a couple of times already and each time had a wonderful, fresh, and scratch meal. The crab cake sandwich blew my socks off, and you won't find another French 75 cocktail this perfect in Tenleytown. My mother and a couple of other friends enjoyed their food too, which ranged from hearty egg dishes to savory veggie sides to juicy gourmet burgers. Went for brunch today. Food was great. Loved the atmosphere. Service could use a little improvement though - we had to go up to the bartender to ask for everything...ketchup, ice for our waters, another mimosa (that last request happened about 5 times too). At the end, however, the owner stopped by our table and talked with us for over twenty minutes about our experience and listened to our feedback - she was very personable and honest, and the fact she's so customer-focused changed my opinion completely.
