extremely upset right now i had went to drop some stuff off at my unit and its completely covered in mouse poop and i cant get a hold of anyone this is absolutely disgusting
This was my 1st time using a storage facility it was convenient. I didn’t know what to expect because I didn’t read no reviews nor did I read what to store and what not to store. Long story short-1. Get insurance 2. Don’t store dry foods or papers unless they are in storage containers. 3. Cover and wrap EVERYTHING don’t leave anything exposed. There was an infestation of mice because it was mice turds EVERYWHERE EWWWW it was disgusting. I had to throw a lot of stuff away. Just wrap all your belongings.
The lady at the front is always polite and is very knowledgeable. Place is always clean and secure. Other occupants tend to be rude and leave trash for managers to clean, causing inconvenience for customers who need service at the desk. Overall a good experience.
I'm writing to voice some serious frustration about what’s going on at this Public Storage location. First off, the restrooms in the three-story building ( B Building ) have been closed for months. The office manager claims it's a plumbing issue, but nothing is being done about it. Hantavirus is found wherever there are mice or small rodents; this storage facility is overrun with rats, and something needs to be done. After hearing news reports that Hantavirus is killing people, I feel compelled to go to the hospital. I visited my storage unit as usual, and the smell of rats—along with the sight of mouse droppings everywhere—has me deeply concerned.
