My unit was recently burglarized, along with several other units at the facility. According to the police, this is a frequent occurrence at this any many other locations. While I understand Public Storage isn't legally liable for the loss, the way their customer service has handled — or failed to handle — this situation has been strikingly impersonal. Additionally, I've observed the security gates, which are supposed to remain closed and locked, left open for extended periods of time.
