Would do 0 stars if I could. Worst storage and i’m pretty sure they’re deleting reviews. The staff are never in office and go off doing who knows what. Kind of suspicious that the restroom smell strongly of drugs though and who knows where they go off too. It’s been hours and there’s a line of people waiting to get their IDs back. So inconsiderate of other people’s time and is honestly so rude. Just go to another location it’s not worth it. Terrible.
Javier is absolutely amazing and helpful. I called him with a major concern and he assured me that he would help me, and sure enough Javier resolved my issues with ease.
The staff there is very kind and helpful to me. They go above and beyond for me every single time I am in contact with them. The manager Javier gets me taken care of in every single way and he is so welcoming to every person that walks into their facility and when you even call the store.
Jonathan helped me out and was very professional. Thank you for all the help.
I'm having a very frustrating and stressful experience with 6202 Willoughby Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90038 Hollywood storage facility! On June 06/09/2026 I booked and signed my unit contract over the phone. I specifically asked if everything alright with the unit and the building, I've been told--yes.
