Facility is clean and spotless. The staff is amazing! Great customer support from both Gio and Darcy. Knowledgeable, Supportive, Warm, and both explain everything very clearly. Yesterday it was 98 degrees and Gio came by to see how we were doing in the heat and brought icy cold bottled waters for us! She is great! And she helped me navigate the app and was generally wonderful! The first visit, Darcy walked me to the unit and explained everything. She's great. I give this facility 5 stars!

Highly recommend! Friendly staff, but gio is the best
I've been to many public storages but this Public Storage in Sonoma is my favorite! The place is really clean and spacious. Everything looks nice will kept. But the best part was definitely Gio! She was so nice and super helpful from start to finish. Her personality and professionalism are rare today. She when above and beyond and if she worked for me I'd give her a raise. I'm glad I have my storage at the cleanest and sweetest storage place in town.
