BEWARE— their 5 x 7.5 storage units at this location have huge boxes that take up most of the space in the unit. When I talked to someone working, he said I could upgrade to a larger unit, even though I paid for this unit and it is smaller than what I paid for ? I have called the property manager for days and he has not returned my call. Also no one is ever at the desk there so I can’t even go in person to talk to someone. Would NOT use this Public storage.
Mysteriously the lock that was on the non-primary unit was cut off and someone ransacked my unit.
The experience at Public Storage was amazing, Jennifer was the one that helped me and her professionalism is over the charts, she knew exactly what I needed and helped me with getting all my stuff together in a timely manner, thank you for all your help Jennifer, excellent job.
