Saidh was more than accommodating, he made sure to assist me in every need I had! He never once made me feel like I couldn't come to him with a question. He made my nightmare of a situation into a more tolerable situation! Love this PS location and its employees!
Being Homeless in Los Angeles is hard as is, having to worry if I'll be granted access to my own belongings during business hours is absolutely diabolical. Two days in a row I showed up WELL before closing time only to be met with an access device and no attendant on duty at the front desk. Seeing as I have to strategically spend each dollar it's very disappoing. Public storage did NOT adhear to the contract and it's causing further complications.
