To anyone who wants to rent here. Believe me it is one of the best in Downey. The security, staff, accommodations and location is prime. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I rented a storage unit online because the office was closed when I arrived. There was only a phone number on the door, so I called for assistance. The representative told me I could complete everything online, including selecting my unit, signing the rental agreement, creating my account, and making the payment.
