Thank you Andrew who gave me excellence customer service on my recent visit. I have had other great experiences with him in the past as well. Had an issue with something I did something incorrectly when reserving my unit online. Andrew jumped on this quickly and stayed with the problem until it was resolved. This is an excellent Public Storage and is a clean, well-kept facility with easy access! The location is great for storage needs in Five Forks.

Public Storage @ Five Forks is the best location. Not only for the property, but the Property Manager is amazing! Kayla puts a smile on your face as soon as you walk through the door. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are taking care of 100%.
Kayla helped me with securing another unit today. She was very professional and even walked me to the unit to see it’s exact proximity to one of the units that we have. I appreciate her going the extra mile to walk up there rather than just telling me the location. We’ve been customers for awhile now and have only had pleasant experiences.
