Terrific experience with Public Storage! Andrew runs the place professionally. He responds to phone calls. The facility is clean. I felt very safe there with the password entry at doors and elevators. The location is great as there are no extra people hanging around. Convenient location off Woodruff Rd. Highly recommend!
I walked in the office with a problem with no expectation of having it corrected. I had signed up for a storage unit online but unfortunately it was at the wrong location. I spoke to Andrew and he took the time to let me know that he would be happy to help me. Once the mistake was corrected, he walked me through the process of getting a storage unit at his location. The location is perfect, customer service is awesome and I am one happy customer!
