My experience over at your facilities was great. I spoke with Celeste the manager of that unit over the weekend. We set a date and when coming in to speak with her, we were able to take care of things within a few short minutes. Celeste offered exceptional customer service and was very friendly. She assured me that we would be able to remedy my issue within a couple of days and she was true to her word. Once again, she was very pleasant and gave great assistance.
Well kept and secure. Nathalie came over and asked how my storage unit is and if I was having issues. I was having trouble with my lock and Nathalie helped me out, she was very kind and helped me resolve the issue.
Great Service, location, communication, access, and consistency
Celeste is awesome!
Awesome Manager 💯. She's very very pleasant and professional. I have to mention that I honestly haven't had a bad experience with my previous Public storage offices.
