There are only 2 elevators. One of which has not been working for a long time now. There are 2 gates, one of which stopped working for a long time which limits loading capabilities. It’s such small loading zone, that issue can’t be afforded. There was a power outage a few visits ago where I had to carry furniture up the stairs because the elevators didn’t work. Raises your rent with no notice, I’ve had the unit only 5 months and it’s almost doubled in price. I will be looking for a new storage space. UPDATE: this location is now working with me to help with the increase which I very much appreciate!

I love renting at the Swanson Public Storage site in Philadelphia because this storage facility is clean. In addition the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and compassionate.
