Glennys was phenomenal!! We had made an online reservation the night before and wanted to see the unit before signing. She took the time to show us different sized units and teach us how to use the gates and elevator. She was so thoughtful in answering each of our questions. Mina also assisted with the final signup process at the front desk and was very helpful. I see a lot of the bad reviews have to do with rent increase, but that information is literally in the rental agreement before you sign, so that tells me they didn’t... read more
