Trena deserves a raise and a nap. She somehow stays friendly, patient, and helpful even when customers ask questions that could be answered by reading the giant sign in front of them. Five stars!
Trena has been amazing and outstanding these past couple of months. She truly has the best customer service that I've seen in years. she went over and beyond to make sure I was taking care of and kept me updated on everything that was going on with my unit. I really appreciate her she is truly a blessing in disguise. Pleas keep her at this location.
