⚠️ WARNING: Be careful if you store your belongings at Public Storage. I went to empty my storage unit today after not visiting it for about two months, and I was shocked by what I found. There were mouse droppings throughout my unit, evidence of rodent activity, and some of my belongings had been damaged, including torn storage bags. I have photos of everything. Great service from a young lady named Ashley.
Melissa and Ashlyn were great help. Ever since I started storing here they’ve helped me and kept me informed on everything.
I have had nothing but a good experience with this location. I lost my key and they were able to get the lock cut off and a new one put on. I just had to come in to put in the paperwork before the day they arrived to cut locks and let the process work. Amazing group of people working here!!!
Melissa and Sam were amazing! I came to make a payment and they were there to help along with helping with fees ! Saved me some money!
