I have rented from PS for years, and of all the experiences with them I've had, dealing with site manager Ann and staff at the Hathaway Ave facility in Hayward has been exemplary. She solved several complex issues regarding my units there. I can't say enough about her (their) above and beyond customer service, knowledge of the facility and company operations, and general cooperative attitude. Thanks so much, Ann! You aren't paid enough for all you guys do.
