Nice facility but a stupid management/handling fee and charge to use their locks was a bit much. Only one person working there so if you need someone and they’re with another customer you just have to wait outside until they eventually show up. The $29 admin fee is ridiculous (non-negotiable) and all rentals are month to month meaning they can and will raise the rate on your unit anytime they wish. Choose this location cause it was the first one I saw in the neighborhood moving from Texas. Easily signed up and got registered but upon arriving first thing in the morning after unpacking all night we could not access the property, no one was onsite not sure why it was a Saturday morning. Every storage I’ve ever done business with has had someone on site Saturday mornings. The automated system was not helpful at all.
