its getting better the employees are nice although they have been forgetting to stock toilet paper unless customers have been taking it which is more likely the case of there hardly ever having toilet paper in the restroom
I got charged for the 24/7 access even though I canceled it and I have been trying to get ahold of the “property manager” for weeks now.
Yall need to program the elevator for longer than 2 seconds. I can’t even get my cart in the door without it trying to close on me. Nobody is ever available in the front office to even use the carts so whatever I guess
This is for Sophia at the Colorado Springs, Janitell location. She is just the greatest! She was able and willing to go above and beyond to provide the quality of customer care any business or corporation could only dream of their employees providing. Through her direct action, I am a customer still. It is my hope that the Public Storage company understands that it is due to the efforts of individuals like Sophia, that keep their business from going under.
Thank you, Sophie!! She quickly took me right to the first available unit to look at and signing up was quick. Very clean inside and out. Perfect climate control in the building. The garage drive in entrance to units is perfect! I looked at several other storage units and this is 100% above all.
