Deana of the Janitell Rd, Colorado Springs location was so kind and patient with me while I asked my questions and got what I needed as a new customer. The price was much cheaper than other storage services in the area and the access hours fit my needs perfectly.
Paul Blart security lady is ridiculous. I’ve only ever come to the storage unit a couple times to drop and pick stuff up and she acts like this is Fort Knox. I get that she’s being precautions, but every time I’ve come here or my family to help me she’s been completely rude and over powering. From checking out a dolly or even just trying to enter an exit it’s always something. I don’t use storage units very often, but I will never come back here again. it was a HORRIBLE Experience. I booked a unit online, I immediately realized it was at wrong location. I called and left message immediately asked for return call and cancelation. Not until next day in evening was I able to speak to some one and was told that 29.00 administration fee could not be refunded. I recieved a move out notice. I NEVER MOVED IN. Never stepped foot on property. Public Storage is not the company they used to be.
Anthony was very informative he helped me out along the whole way and made sure I left happy will definitely be recommending this property to my friends
