I’m writing this review to mainly appraise Tim, who works at a nearby location. After a Public Storage customer service associate finally connected me with an actual employee in the Indianapolis area, I was well taken care of. Tim was patient, took the time to creatively coordinate the right solution, and I was well on my way with other employees who expeditiously agreed to arrive at the Rockville Road location and help me. The facility is in great shape and I recommend using it.
