I had a very disappointing experience at the Public Storage in New Rochelle. When I called with a concern, the worker was not only dismissive but outright rude. She refused to connect me with a manager and made no effort to help resolve the issue. It’s also worth noting that the policies here feel misleading, it’s easy to get charged for things you weren’t properly informed about. I had a terrific experience reserving my storage unit with Alexandra. For weeks, I contacted several other storage providers but never felt comfortable moving forward.
