Alexandra was amazing! I have literally never received such kindness and excellent customer service from an organization. I want to personally thank her for everything she did to help me get through a very hard day.
This facility is NOT well maintained and is plagued with numerous issues, but the employees—especially Alexandra and Anissa—go above and beyond to try to help customers. This 5 star review is entirely for them, otherwise it would be a 2.5-3 at best (doors and elevators constantly broken, app rarely works, corporate greed raising rent hundreds of dollars over a year with increases every 3-4 months, but with no corresponding, or indeed any, improvement in services or value for that money). My father and I have had storage here for a couple of years and since the rates continue going up consistently. Reaching anyone in the office for anything is almost impossible and no one seems to know whats going on. Since moving into a new unit a few months ago our door has been broken and will not hold up. Its fallen on our heads a few times so we use a broom to hold it up. Management has yet and its been over 6 months now to fix it. We just received a notice the rent is going up. Its ridiculous.
