Poor communication, storage unit size I needed and viewed was open closer to the entrance but they said they couldn’t guarantee that one but if I wanted it after I was assigned one I could reapply to get and have to pay admin fee again! They told me I could decline the insurance if my policy covered rental I declined online and was charged anyway.
If you wanna rent a storage unit go here Barbara that works here is great very helpful will help you if she can with anything she does a great job
Once I found out what I was doing my experience with public storage got easier thank you public storage and their staff incredible customer service
