This place has a HUGE rat problem, and if you have insurance it'll only covers up to $350. Had I known this, I wouldn't have moved my stuff in. I walked into my unit to find not only water soaked all over everything, but rat poop, urine, destruction, and as an added bonus A DEAD RAT in my stuff. Guy in the office who helped me was good at his job with helping me, but this is INSANE. The whole point of having a storage is so things like this don't happen!!! On 1-27-2016 I was informed that my unit was broken into and items may have been stolen/damaged.
