Took several days to notify me of a break in to my unit and then raised my rate 50%

Whatever you do DO NOT rent here!!! Try calling the property manager, they don’t ever answer! In three years maybe got someone on the phone once. The property is not ever staffed. No one is regularly there if you lose a key or an auto pay doesn’t go through. There’s so many other great storage rentals in the area! The management here is HORRIFIC! And I believe it’s a franchise. So some public storage might be good but the way this is run is insanely awful. I have been trying to move out since April! And now they’re still try... read more

Desperately needed to use the bathroom. (I'm a mover and we were mid-unload with our moving truck) No rep on-site, so I used the kiosk. Was told the wrong code by the first rep I spoke with. 2nd rep told me that they wouldn't provide a code. Do better.
