I had the worst experience here. I bought a giant nightclub and sold my home and a grocery store to purchase a bar property worth $1.9 million. We rented a storage for tenants, my brother and myself. Then the location hired a Black woman who appeared to be on drugs. She suddenly would not allow me to pay our rent on the unit, and even threatened to have me arrested when I attempted to pay the rent, which included a giant record collection I owned worth around $40,000 and more.
