Disgusting storage, they often raise the rent by 30 percent at once.
Began in December 2023 w/rate of $107. Increased to $153 in April 2024. Just notified it is going up to $198 in January of 2025. Impossible to get in touch with someone and their chat was down. You go to their website and one can find rates cheaper than they are increasing mine to. So I canceled and now they have less occupancy. Hopefully the brain trust managing them modeled in higher vacancy rates in their financials. Seems shortsighted to me to not reward longer term customers. customer acquisition costs and all.
