They barely pick up the phone. And the employees are just not nice. Edit: As per your reply, if you are using my feedback to improve, can I please get the refund now? I will change my review once you refund me.
These guys do not care. We accessed the place this morning to ensure that everything was unlocked and clean, and they said that we will still be charged for all of August despite not using the storage anymore. Terrible service. Please just give a refund.
We used the access code on the first day of the month, making sure that the place was unlocked and then used a leaf blower to get all the dust and cobwebs out. Fully clean, everything gone. Since we accessed the gate on the first of the month, they decided to charge us for the entire month and refused to give us a refund. I will change my review if a refund for the 30 days of this upcoming month are refunded.
