Price was different than I was told on the phone, it took over 15 minutes to change my reservation because the initial location was full, and then when I finally paid and got my access code I was not able to get into the facility due to a "computer glitch" for over half an hour, as it was getting dark and starting to rain. John Michael saved the day and stayed half an hour after his shift ended and finally was able to get me into the facility after resetting the computer systems 3 times. Everything was great. Harim was great by helping me cleaning out the unit and making sure everything was top notch.
They barely pick up the phone. And the employees are just not nice. Edit: As per your reply, if you are using my feedback to improve, can I please get the refund now? I will change my review once you refund me.
