Do not rent storage here. They have huge rats !!!!! I found my washer cords eating , rat piss , rat poop, rat blood all over my belongings, ate up a painting !!!! No one at the front desk seem to care or be concerned nor apologized !!!!!! Do not use this PUBLIC STORAGE and I’m going to the BBB on them also !!!!!!! It’s ridiculous!!!!!!! I seen the big rat run across the beam !!!!

Tammy is a rude bitch. Lives on site and complained when I walked in at 4:55 even though we called and let her know we were coming. She lives on site and complained that it takes 30 minutes to do paper work but failed to say that on the phone. She proceeded to argue with me about the time I arrived before finally starting the paper work. Come to find out the unit I had reserved was given away! Incompetent ass employees!
